All products are custom-made based on the photos you provide. Each portrait is uniquely created and cannot be resold or reused. As a result, all orders are considered personalized goods.
3. Photo Requirements
To ensure the best result, you agree to provide:
- Clear, high-resolution photos
- Good lighting and visible facial details
- Accurate reference images of your pet
We are not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality or unclear photos.
4. Artistic Interpretation
Our portraits are handcrafted by artists and may include slight artistic interpretation. While we aim for high likeness, the final result may not be a 100% exact photographic reproduction.
5. Order Processing & Production Time
- Production time: approximately 2–3 months
- This includes design, crafting, and quality inspection
- During peak seasons, production time may be extended
Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
6. Revisions Policy
- Minor revisions may be available upon request during the design stage
- Major changes (e.g., new photo, pose, or style) may incur additional charges
- Once production is completed, changes are no longer possible
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping time varies by location
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- No returns or refunds are accepted once production has started
- Refunds may only be issued if the order has not entered production
- Damaged items during shipping must be reported within 7 days with photo evidence
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
- After 24 hours, cancellation may not be guaranteed if production has begun
10. Intellectual Property
We reserve the right to use completed portraits for:
- Portfolio display
- Marketing and promotional purposes
If you prefer your portrait not to be used, please notify us in advance.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Customer dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations
- Issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer
