Yes, we ship our custom pet portraits worldwide with tracked shipping options available for most countries.
Each piece is handmade to order, so our current production turnaround is 2–3 months. After completion, international shipping takes approximately 15 business days depending on your location.
Every portrait is crafted exclusively for your pet using the needle felting technique with 100% natural, soft wool. We hand-compress wool fibers to create lifelike textures and shapes, with handmade noses and mouths. Full-body pieces include a wireframe for stability and poseability.
We’ll send you progress photos and videos for review throughout production. If you have any concerns, we’ll make adjustments to ensure your portrait closely matches your pet’s unique features. Please note slight color variations may occur due to screen displays, and wool texture limitations prevent a 100% exact match.

Yes! Upon request, we can incorporate your pet’s real fur, whiskers, ash, or teeth into the portrait. After placing your order, we’ll provide a mailing address for you to send these items.
Please share 3–5 clear, well-lit photos of your pet from different angles, focusing on their face and unique markings. This helps us capture their true expression and character in the final piece.
Gently spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water or using harsh chemicals to preserve the delicate wool fibers and keep your portrait looking its best.
